Lead Elder-Pastor

Kelly is married to Marianne and they have four children. Kelly helped launch Southlands in 2017 and has been serving as Lead Pastor since. Kelly's primary responsibilities include oversight of preaching, leadership development, and vision.

Elder-Pastor

Jeff is married to Brittany and they have four children. Jeff and Brittany have been at Southlands since 2017. Jeff became a pastor in September 2020 and works as a mechanical engineer.

Elder-Pastor

Mike is married to Laurie and they have three children and 9 grandchildren. Mike has been at Southlands since 2017 and became a pastor in September 2020. Mike works part-time driving Uber/LYFT.

Elder-Pastor

Anthony is married to Melody and they have three children. Anthony has been at Southlands since 2017 and became a pastor in April 2022. Anthony works as a school teacher for children with special needs.

Elder-Pastor

Tim is married to Amy and they have four children. Tim has been at Southlands since 2017 and became a pastor in November 2023. Tim works as a IT specialist/director.

Kids Ministry Director

Melody is married to Anthony and has been at Southlands since 2017. Melody works as a school teacher and became Kids Ministry Director in 2020.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Amy is married to Tim and has been at Southlands since 2017. Amy came on to staff in 2021 and is an expert on all things Southlands.

Youth Ministry Leads

Fernando and Cary have three children and have been at Southlands since 2017. They have served as the Youth Ministry Leaders since Southlands' launch.

Worship & Social Media Lead

Asia is married to Luke and has been attending Southlands since 2017 and began leading worship in 2020. Asia also oversees our social media account and works as a pre-school teacher.

Event Coordinator

Donna is married to Ken and they have two children and four grandchildren. Donna has been attending Southlands since 2018 and makes all our events awesome.
